Job Title: Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time, Entry-Level)

 Location: Remote or Hybrid (Preference given to HUBZone residents)
Hours: 40 hours per month
Compensation: $13/hour
Clearance Requirement: Must pass a background check


Position Overview

Impact Ratio LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support basic administrative, communications, and digital tasks. This is an entry-level, part-time position ideal for individuals seeking flexible hours and remote work experience in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic website updates and routine content maintenance
  • Assist with document formatting, editing, and organization
  • Support social media content posting and light engagement tasks
  • Manage file organization and assist with internal information tracking
  • Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned
     

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines independently
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Residency in a designated HUBZone (https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map)
